 Still Waters ©2009 - 2016 Still Waters has been entered in other competitions before an has yet to find a home. This is one of my favorite images from a 2009 vacation to Acadia National Park. I was excited to play with shutter speed while we were there. The heavy rains assisted in creating this image.
I will be showing with an organization, Dot Art, that helped me get on my artistic ways.
The showing is October 22 - 23 and I will be at the Walter Baker Chocolate factory in Dorchester.  Still Water I am officially in a competition at the Maryland Federation of Art. The theme is American Landscape and the show will run from August 12th to September 10th. This is my first gallery showing. Nothing won at the showing but learned some lessons while I was there and #1 was to have fun no matter what!!! After talking with some fellow artist I learned that this particular gallery is quite tough to get in to. I feel honored and humbled that I was selected to show in the gallery.
