• What is your Return or Exchange policy?
  1. Please contact me first prior to asking for a refund and describe or include an image of how package was received with item.
  2. A four ( 4 ) day window is available for a return with refund, less shipping, via Paypal only.  Return Shipping is paid by the customer. The item must be received by me prior to refund being issued.
  3. If the product arrived damaged I will certainly exchange it for you. Item will need to be received prior to exchange item is shipped out. Only one ( 1 ) exchange per order.

• How do you ship?
  Here at What About Photos we prefer to use USPS. I do use a tracking number with all frame purchases and will contact you with the number.
  However, knowing that this is not always the preferred method of my customers I can accommodate by using UPS.
  I do not ship FedEx.

• How long will it to receive my order?
  Framed images are shipped on Saturday Only. Please contact me if you need it shipped before, an additional shipping price maybe incurred.
  US & Canada Buyers: I will use USPS Priority Mail (2 - 5 Business Days) for all my shipments.
  International buyers should allow a 6 - 14 Business Days for package to arrive.

• International Orders
  International Orders are always welcome just know that:
            - It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of custom fees, duty fees and taxes that may arise.

Because of this, Weebly has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
